- Account and identity information such as name, mobile number, email, and an identifier supplied for sign-in.
- Product content including tasks, notes, checklists, comments, dates, reminders, and space memberships.
- When you use assistant or voice input, the prompt, response, and audio needed for speech-to-text.
- Technical and security data such as IP address, browser type, sign-in events, errors, and request times.
- Messages and details you send for support or legal follow-up.
2. Why we use data
- Create and secure accounts, provide product features, and synchronise data.
- Run reminders, shared-space collaboration, and assistant requests you initiate.
- Answer support requests, prevent misuse, fix faults, and improve reliability.
- Meet contractual and legal obligations and handle complaints or disputes.
3. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is necessary with hosting, identity, messaging, speech-processing, and configured model providers to perform the requested service. Authorised workspace members can see that workspace’s content. Disclosure to an authority occurs only where legally required.
4. Local storage, cookies, and sessions
Language, theme, and some unsent drafts may be stored on your device. Secure sign-in may use an essential cookie or browser session storage. We currently do not use advertising cookies or sell data for behavioural advertising.
5. Security
Production traffic uses HTTPS, and service access is limited through authentication and authorisation. No system is risk-free; please report suspected incidents to support.
6. Your choices and rights
- View and correct profile details in account settings.
- Request access, correction, account closure, or deletion by emailing support.
- Clear local drafts and preferences through the browser or sign-out flow, as described in the app.
- Submit a complaint through support or competent official authorities.
7. Children and policy changes
Use must be by a person with legal capacity or with the permission and supervision of a lawful guardian. Material policy changes are published here with a new version date.
