2Done terms of service

1. Accepting these terms

Creating an account, signing in, or using 2Done means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you act for an organisation or shared space, you must have authority to do so.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate, current information and protect your sign-in credentials.
• Activity through your account is attributed to you until unauthorised access is reported.
• Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

2Done is provided for task, note, reminder, collaboration, and related productivity features.

• Do not use the service unlawfully, deceptively, or to infringe another person’s rights.
• Do not bypass security, disrupt the service, reverse engineer unlawfully, or access another person’s data.
• You are responsible for content you enter or share with a workspace.

4. Shared spaces and assistant

Authorised members can view content in a shared space according to their access. Assistant suggestions do not become final records until a user reviews and confirms them.

5. Plans and payment

Online checkout is not currently enabled. Before any paid plan launches, its price, period, included features, applicable taxes or fees, and renewal terms will be shown clearly before payment.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, security events, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary interruption. Material term changes will be published with a new update date.

7. Suspension and closure

Access may be restricted or suspended for a serious breach, security risk, or legal requirement. You may request account closure and deletion subject to the retention policy.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including applicable e-commerce and consumer-protection rules. We first try to resolve complaints through support; access to competent legal authorities remains available.
